Shipping policy

The delivery policy is applicable when you, as a customer, purchase an item via www.trx-uk.com. Agreements are entered between you as a customer (“you” or “the customer”) and TRX Ltd.

The expected delivery time of the product is stated in the order confirmation, at checkout, and/or on the product page on the website. Goods are generally delivered within the expected delivery time, which is typically between 1–4 working days. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please contact our customer service team at hello@trx-uk.com Should TRX, for any reason, be unable to deliver your order and have notified you of this, you may cancel the purchase by contacting our customer service team.

For packages that are to be collected by a representative, they must be picked up within the time frame specified in the notification. Packages must typically be collected in person (bring valid identification and have the notification and order numbers on hand). You will always receive a notification indicating where and when packages are to be picked up. Notifications are usually sent via e-mail, telephone, or SMS, but they can also be sent by post upon request. Packages delivered to collection points will be returned to TRX if they are not collected within 14 days from when you are notified of their arrival. If the package is not collected, TRX reserves the right to charge you a fee of GBP 29 to cover administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.
